Senior Business Analyst - Digital Transformation vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector. Your experience/skills:University degree in Business, Economics; IT or a similar field3+ years of work experience as a Business analyst, Product owner or in a related functionSolid understanding of product ownership, agile and scrum principles; experience with IT platforms or portals and ability to translate clients' needs to user storiesOutstanding communication skills to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsAdvanced technical and documentation skills, as well as experience creating detailed reports and giving presentationsCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Project, Visio; competency in other applications including, JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq is advantageousKnowledge in the Regulated Technologies industry or compliance domain within the financial industry is a plusLanguages: English, fluent in written and spoken

Your tasks:Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutionsLeading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies with business stakeholdersConducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with business and senior stakeholders as well as Performing requirements analysis and Documenting the resultsCommunicating and planning for cross-functional team members and management and gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reportsPerforming different levels of testing and writing test reportsPrioritizing workload based on business needs and requirementsMonitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
