This will require a good understanding of the biomass power generation process and all the relevant technologies, competency in designing manufacturing plants and strong leadership skills.The ideal candidate will have already proven themselves as a Technical or Project Director in the Biomass sector and will have a sound understanding of all the technologies involved in the Biomass combustion process.This is the perfect role for someone looking to take the next step in their career and achieve their maximum potential in the Biomass sector by covering one of the most important roles for a company that is a global leader in the field.The role:* Overseeing the design and construction of a new, state-of-the-art Biomass manufacturing facility in the United States

* Managing and consulting with senior engineers to ensure the timely delivery of the plant

* Travelling to the United States several times a month to directly oversee project delivery

* Being the most respected source of advice and having the final say on technical matters

* Managing similar projects in the future, from cradle to graveThe person* Already worked as a Project or Technical Director for the design and construction of a Biomass power plant or manufacturing plant

* Fully knowledgeable on the Biomass combustion process

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Willing to travel internationally for work
