Job Title:Change Management ConsultantJob Purpose and primary objectives: Change Management Consultant for an set of Salesforce applications.
Key Skills/Knowledge: 1. Engage the business end users to drive faster and easy adoption of new applications and enhancements being rolled out.
2. Excellent written and communication skills, ability to prepare excellent presentation too.
3. Proactive in nature and a warm person who can empathize with user community and interface with the digital transformation team.
4. Knowledge of upstream Oil and Gas domain would be a plus. Experience required: 1. Engage the business end users to drive faster and easy adoption of new applications and enhancements being rolled out.
