The role would join a fast paced business going through a technology transformation. The business develops products to allow a range of blue chip clients to communicate with their customers in a range of multi-channel ways. They have recently hired 3 new Agile Delivery Leads to support them implement Agile ways of working into the business.
As the Scrum master you would work closely with them and the new Product Development team (C#, .NET) to implement Agile, run the daily stand ups, sprints etc
The role is suitable for someone who wants to join a business in a growth journey and be part of the transformation they are going through.
The role offers autonomy and the opportunity to progress career wise as the business continues to grow. They currently have approx. 70-80 people in IT & Change.
The offices are based 5 minutes off the M1, south of Leeds. They offer flexible working and 26 days holiday. Starting salary £50,000.
