Would you like to lead a team of data engineers and developers whilst being involved in client strategy and influencing business direction for a market leading consultancy? If you'd like to be apart of a Leeds based client with a young, dynamic and passionate team where you will not simply be another number in the system, but can impact real change on the direction of the business as you lead and develop their data team. Due to continued growth over the last 18 months they are now looking to hire an additional Tech Lead to join their team where you will be involved with client facing meetings, focussing on helping clients solve operational problems, using data and analytics. One main part of this role to still remain hands on within tech using Azure/AWS but also to ensure high standards are maintained when hiring new staff and liaise regularly with senior management. What you will need: 2-3 years hands on experience with big data Exposure within technical delivery for other members of staff Handling cloud applications such as Azure, AWS or GCP Client facing from a consultancy background would be an advantage Previous background in delivering client/internal strategy within a data analytics setting Dealing with CI/PD pipelines What you will get: 25 days holiday Salary up to £80,000 Private healthcare Pension Home working available Please apply for immediate consideration if you fulfil all of the above leadership and technical requirments of this post.
