Programmer My client is a well established software development firm looking for those with a real passion for programming and software development. Looking for a more junior candidate they're keen to bring in home-grown talent from the Northern Irish market and train them up to be an integral member of the team.Your role will be to really get involved the team and provide excellent code - reporting into a manager who will double as a mentor - and join team meetings to understand what projects that you'll be working on.Outside of the base salary other benefits of the role include private medical, profit share and flexible working hours.Looking to jump-start your career and take the next step? The role: Take technical responsibility across all stages and iterations of software development - writing code in C# in a .Net framework.Plan and drive software construction activities.Adopt and adapt appropriate software development methods, tools and techniques. Candidate requirements: Recent graduate or someone looking to expand on recent software experience to take their career to the next level.1 year experience (preferably) in C# - with a keen desire to learn more.1 year experience (preferably) with .Net.
