Our client is a recognised global software organisation. As part of strategic growth, we are now recruiting experienced Consultants as part of a growing Consulting team.The Consultants will work on integration and deployment projects with key customers. This will include process modelling, configuration, development of functional specifications, support to users and feedback to the internal client teams.You should have a strong background in large projects with strong experience in areas such as ERP You will need strong business experience in the Enterprise Software industry, ideally with specialisation in Financial Industry.You will enjoy working in a successful team and have a strong focus on customer service and with excellent interpersonal skills. If you are looking for an opportunity to help shape and position the future of a highly successful global software business and its customers, then this is it!Your responsibilitiesYou are responsible for managing every phase of the implementation process: you ensure that everything is delivered on time with the correct quality level. You also manage all stakeholders. You collect customer requirements during interviews and workshops;You identify and develop business processes and you have excellent reporting skills;You communicate and interact with the development team;You lead process reviews and discuss the software configuration with the customers;You develop and maintain good relationships with customers;You train the key users in specific modules of the client's ERP solution. Additionally, you will support the presales (eg: customer demonstrations, help with project price offers, ...) when necessary and also provide technical assistance for customers in the region.Your ProfileYou have a strong Financial BackgroundYou have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the ERP sector;You have a technical mindset and are able to understand complex systems;Visiting our customers on site are no problem for youYou can approach a situation from multiple perspectives and put client requirements together in a coherent whole;You have in-depth ERP knowledge and are prepared to expand it even further;You think in solutions to guarantee the best possible user experience of our ERP system;You are a team player and have the necessary leadership qualities but you are also not afraid of working independently;You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
