My client who is based in London is looking for a Change Management Consultant for an initial 4 month contract that will potentially be extended.

Requirement Overview

Deployment of the SOW module has multiple Change Impact points that need to be assessed and planned

We require Change Impact analysis and planning to define our current Go Live target (April / May 2021) and plan for future domestic and non domestic expansion across multiple users, both internally and externally across our supply chain, factors to include:

Deployment strategy driven by Change Impact assessment across areas to include;

supplier, spend, category, template type, stakeholder grouping, strategic business horizon, business criticality

Seniority of relationships, internal and external

Spend levels (tail spend / supplier spend / unit spend)

Status of work (inflight and existing / planned not approved and approved)

Strategic Importance to the business (perceived and approved)

Business category, spend /supplier spend / unit spend

We are looking for an initial 4 month engagement of a named and dedicated experienced resource for immediate start.

Skills Profile

Proven, prior experience of delivering Change Programmes against the above requirements for similar Blue Chip organisation's in terms of scale and complexity

Proven, prior hands on operational experience of SAP Fieldglass SOW, with a detailed appreciation of the change and operational impacts

Ability to translate operational SAP Fieldglass SOW configuration into Change Planning and being able to lead the business through the change curve.

Expertise in translating the solution design into an effective Change Management plan including training operations and stakeholders to use and leverage system functionality and reporting.

Designing and delivering change messages, bespoke to audience groups based on change impact and role profile, aligned into solution design.

Deliverables

Manage stakeholder engagement across the various groups (Procurement, HR, Legal, Finance, Compliance)

Define and incorporate supply chain optimization strategies into the expansion plan and Change Assessment

Development of comprehensive communication, change management, and training plans covering all impacted stakeholder communities, both internal and external.

Lead the development of learning content for internal users & suppliers

Support on and perform solution testing (unit testing and UAT)

Develop and implement Business Intelligence suite (MI)

Deliver the expansion change roadmap
