Network Engineer 6 month contractCorshamMy Client is looking for a Network Engineer to support the Project team in Corsham. This contract will run until May 2021.You will:Provide technical support the creation of Project/Client Documentation including:Requirements documentation;Technical input to the Relevant contractual processes;Pre-Qualification and Tender Evaluation Criteria;Providing technical responses to Clarification Questions; andTender Evaluation and Moderation.Essential SkillsSecurity Clearance or be eligible Network Engineering - Cisco and JuniperDegree level qualification (or equivalent experience) in relevant IT or STEM subject (Engineering/ Physics/ Maths/ Science).Knowledge of the system engineering lifecycle and be able to apply good systems engineering and IT practices to your work Understanding of relevant engineering standards, including safety and environmental regulationsEssential TechnologiesCisco routing and switching Cisco Nexus 9k/7k/5k, Cisco Meraki wireless, Network Security Cisco ASACisco ISENetwork monitoring, Cisco Prime and SolarWindsCertificationMinimum of CCNA R&S ideally CCNPNetworking certification to either Juniper JNCIE with either SP, Ent or DC specialisations or CCIE any specialisationDesirable SkillDefence Communication NetworksKnowledge of Firewalls, Cisco Routers, Switches, VM Ware, WAN, SD-WAN and wider emerging Network TechnologiesIf you feel you would be suitable, please send in your CV
