Software Developer (Java Banking APIs microservices) *Remote Process* Would you like an opportunity to develop your skills on leading edge, complex systems, gain invaluable experience of the modern banking sector, and make an impact?

In this Software Developer role you'll join the accomplished Open Banking team, and will take ownership of mission-critical, backend work relating to the core platform that bridges their client list of global retail banks and their customers.

You'll predominantly use Java to code on the highly available platform with a focus on robustness and scalability, taking ownership of designing and developing new features and enhancements on the Open Banking Platform, and helping to build secure APIs o stream data from the client banks to the SaaS platform.

You'll have the chance to develop and refine your skills in a highly technical environment (SpringBoot microservices) using modern technologies like CockroachDB and Kubernetes.

Requirements:

You have good Java development skills (with experience of contributing to backend development of platforms with focus on robustness, scalability)

You have strong API experience

You have good working knowledge of microservices and SpringBoot

They use Kubernetes and CockroachDB so experience of both of these is highly advantageous
