Our Infrastructure team wants to hire you! Yes, you! You are the outstanding, skilled and dynamic Messaging SME our team is looking for to join our accomplished Infrastructure community.  Your skill and experience with Exchange on-premises and cloud will deliver ambitious and complex transformations and migrations to help our clients get the very best out of Microsoft technology.

We have offices in London, Manchester and Newcastle; however, Avanade is currently working remotely and flexibly.

What experience you need to join us in a Consulting role as a Messaging SME:

A record of migrating, deploying or architecting Exchange on-premises or Exchange Online for major enterprise customers

Installation and configuration of Exchange including mail flow and client access

Powershell usage, scripting skills a bonus

Understanding of the technologies supporting Exchange and migration projects, i.e. Active Directory, directory synchronisation, networking, security

Proficiency in engaging with clients to capture their requirements and turn them into high level and detailed designs.

Satisfaction in solving complex technical challenges and a desire to make an impact in the industry, supporting many companies in their collaboration goals.

Comfortable working both individually or in large, potentially global, teams and with offshore resources to design and implement solutions.

Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
