Excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety professional from either a Engineering, Manufacturing or Construction background to join a global business in a senior level where you will have a leading role in the company and be able to make a significant impact across the business.My client is a leading Engineering Consultancy and have been tasked with to build the Nuclear Reactors on Hinkley Power Station and they are now needing a Healthy & Safety Advisor who will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the building of two Nuclear Reactors and its associated steam supply system.Reporting into the HSE Manager you will be responsible for all HSE issues, performance and areas that need improvement, producing H&S reports for the HSE Manager and much more.The candidate will come from a Health & Safety background from a relevant industry background with experience of working as an HSE Advisor within a Engineering or Construction background.This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a multi-billion pound, world renowned project where you will be responsible for all HSE activities related to the build of a Nuclear Reactor.The Role:Monitoring compliance with, and enforcing, site safety rules and procedures,Reviewing method statements and risk assessments including subcontractors' documentationPromoting a culture of Health & Safety across the businessThe Person:NEBOSH Certificates in H&SExperience with a relevant industryCommutable to Hinkley Power Point / BridgwaterGood knowledge of quality accreditationsMichael George - Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd - RTR96352
