Location: Remote working, with some travel to Reading, UK
Job Purpose and primary objectives: Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): ? Understand the business and market environment, facilitate new product & market development research and investigation, ? Present data & analytics to provide robust answers driving business actions. ? Support definition of the situation and investigation opportunity, ? Early strategic alignment, cost, complexity & risk assessment, Support initiative/project investment decision making process ? - Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it): - Other responsibilities - Budgets, targets, equipment etc (please specify): Key Skills/Knowledge: ? Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall ways of working ? Good communication skills and fluency in English. Have strong stakeholder management & engagement skills, effective at all levels Must lead the following independently ? Support Project Manager and development team ? Analyse the problems, benefits and options ? Gather inputs from business and digital stakeholders ? Communicate the business analysis, options to key stakeholders ? Support stakeholder identification and engagement ? Ensure the business requirements are represented in the requirements and Acceptance Criteria ? Validate benefits (financial and non-financial) Experience required: ? Proficient in working on excel, vision, ppt, word etc. ? Experience of working in an Agile Rapid Delivery Environment ? A proven track record of delivering projects systems at scale. ? Be experienced working with both local & remote design and development resources, and possess excellent teamwork skills Duration of the Assignment: 3 months
