Senior Java Engineer - SaaS Product CompanyMy client is one of Sweden's leading companies in the digitisation of contract processes and is looking to continue their rapid, yet organic, growth.In order for this company to support their future growth, they need to hire a Senior Software Engineer who's experienced with Java and Operations.This company is passionate about intelligent, efficient contract processes and too their knowledge is the first to offer the opportunity to sign agreements with e-identification. They don't just want to offer a solution that works today but is looking to future needs of the e-signature industry as well.The RoleAs a Senior Engineer, you would be working on their existing platform - which is made up of microservice architecture built on Java, containerised with Docker and hosted on AWS. The role includes developing solutions from scratch, maintaining operations/infrastructure, building new features, maintenance, support, bug fixing, testing and collaborating with colleagues in other teams.The rest of the tech team is currently built up of an architect and 2 developers. The IT department is a vital part of this company and the developers have a huge influence over the future of the product and the company. Due to their size, there is plenty of chance to be entrepreneurial and work closely with the product and the development.Tech stack: Java 8, JAX-RS/Drop Wizard. Building smaller REST services and packaging those as Docker containers. Front end built with React.js and Node.js.
