Are you an experienced and talented Infrastructure Manager looking to lead a team of equally talented technicians, working for a progressive organisation? If so, we would like to talk with you.

We are looking for a Technology Infrastructure Operations Manager who is experienced in managing infrastructure, network and cloud teams, has a passion for delivering results and very high personal standards. You will have worked extensively with Microsoft's technology stack and will have a strong technology pedigree with exceptional people management skills. If successful, you will play a significant role in the technology transformation currently underway within Macmillan and will help to plot Macmillan's course into the digital age.

We are seeking a people person who will look to develop and foster strong relationships with their team, colleagues and suppliers. You will need to be highly organised, an exceptional problem solver and above all, a team player.

The role will be based in London but with flexibility to work remotely and may involve some out of hours work.
