CRM Data Analyst - 11 month Fixed Term Contract

A very well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Bracknell are looking for an experienced CRM Analyst to join the team on an 11-month Fixed Term Contract. This is primarily a home-based position, but you must be able to commute into the office occasionally.This position is paying a pro-rata salary of up to £43,000 depending on experience.The role:The role itself has two main remits:Firstly, you will provide accurate management information and reporting to a range of business stakeholders using SQL, SSRS and Power BI. You will liaise directly with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements and produce reports which will inform business decision making. Whilst the majority of reporting is currently in SSRS, it's a particularly exciting time to join the organisation as they look to further utilise Power BI across the organisation.Secondly, you will provide high-level business application support for their Dynamics CRM system. You will be responsible for all data manipulation, data cleansing, and transfer of data to and from the CRM system, whilst being responsible for day-to-day maintenance and managing user queries. As such, they are looking for an individual who is comfortable working closely with any CRM system, although Dynamics experience would be highly beneficial.Requirements: Strong SQL querying experienceSSRS - strong hands-on reporting experiencePower BI - desirableExperience working closely with a CRM system - preferably Dynamics CRMAn understanding of Data Warehousing conceptsInitial interviews are taking place, so please get in touch ASAP to discuss your application further.
