Infrastructure Support AnalystOur well renowned and respected client is urgently looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Analyst to join their team based near Preston, on a permanent basis. The Infrastructure Support Analyst will be responsible for User Support and resolving hardware and software issues. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in project-based work and to upscale your own skillset!Infrastructure Support Analyst - Key Skills:

'€¢Experience of working in an IT service role with hands on experience of supporting hardware and software in a business critical environment.'€¢Focused on delivering customer requirements with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.'€¢Practical working knowledge of end user technology (e.g. MS Windows, Office 365, RF devices)'€¢Flexible to changing demands and timescales, self-motivated, able to manage projects, own workload and priorities'€¢Understanding of ITIL Service Management Framework - Desirable'€¢Knowledge of SCCM - Desirable
