Database Developer
An exciting brand new role has just arisen for an experienced Database Developer / Analyst to join a very important household name charity working remotely. As the Database Developer / Analyst, you will be improving the efficiency and increasing the automaton capacity of the charities' databases by making recommendations to ultimately drive improvements. You will lead on ensuring the swift import and transfer data into their databases and solve any problems/ queries that might be faced.
Not only will you have the opportunity to help increase the charity database efficiency by implementing more automation techniques, but you will also have the opportunity to utilise your marketing / customer / supporter data / CRM background to ensure the smooth flow and processing of the charities' fundraising data, to ultimately better and improve the charities' data operations. You will have the chance to implement your already acquired SQL and SSIS knowledge to their databases in order to accomplish these goals.
The Database is the life and blood of this charity, and as the Database Developer / Analyst you will be part of major development projects to enhance the use of the system and to integrate different functions of the charity. This charity hugely believes in personal development & work life balance so you will have the chance to learn a lot of skills whilst utilising the most of the working from home and flexi hours.
Skills required for the Database Developer / Analyst are:
- Strong development knowledge in SQL
- Experience working with SSIS
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience within customer / supporter / marketing data

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + Excellent benefits
Location: Remote, but infrequent travel to Central London may be requiredThis role starts as a 6 month FTC but with the opportunity to go permanent after.
