Transaction Advisory Services - Big 4 Firm

£45000 - £55000 per annum

A market leading accountancy firm is looking for a highly skilled Audit trained accountant to join its rapidly growing Transaction Services team working on their Insurance clients.

You will be planning and delivering on work streams within the transaction project team, ensuring that key deliverables and client deadlines are met working on IPOs, private M&A, Bond issuance and Class 1 transactions.

Requirements:

- Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA

- IFRS/ UK GAAP experience

- An understanding of an IPO/Transaction process

- Commercial Mindset and the ability to present to clients effectively and business develop clients

- Ability to manage teams and prioritise workloads
