Technical Manager/Technical Service Manager/IT Service Manager/IT Operations Manager/Infrastructure ManagerLocation - Central London (client site) with option of working remotely Salary - Up to £65,000 per annum Type - Permanent Technical Manager/Technical Service Manager/IT Service Manager/IT Operations Manager/Infrastructure An exciting opportunity for experienced Technical Manager to join a growing service provider based in London, this role will involve working closely Service Managers and also the Architecture team. This role will be responsible delivering designs, innovations and stability as well coordinating with other teams to drive improvement to end users/clients. This will involve task managing technical team leaders and ensuring architecture team are aware of relevant technical issues and service improvement opportunities. You will also facilitate communication between management team and technical teams and be an advisor for non-technical Service/Change managers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in an exciting period for them.Key Skills/Responsibilities - Broad Technical knowledge across IT Infrastructure - Windows/O365/Citrix/Server- Strong communication skills - between both non-technical and technical stakeholders. - Experience in heading up IT Projects/Change - Developing client focused strategies to deliver best IT Architecture.
