Job Purpose and primary objectives: ASPENTECH eBRS, MES, Manufacturing Recipe Management Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): ? SME Client engagement, Application architecture assessment, Define & recommend target applications architecture. ? Analyze the requirement & perform impact assessment from the application point of view. ? Experience in Designing & Executing MES project from feed stage till deployment in validation environment (up to PQ.) ? Developing Functional Specification (FS) & Design Specifications (DS) for MES application including Recipe Procedures, Unit Procedures, Operations, and Unit Classes, Phase classes and Equipment modules for Pharmaceutical Process. ? Guide & Provide support to technical developers in implementing the requirement as technical solution ? Facilitate synergy between Technical Development Team & Client Technical Team to resolve query, issues etc. ? Provide support to team on application functioning & architecture ? Design the Recipe & Configure Library blocks to support execution of test cases. ? Configuration of Master data like Equipment, Material etc. ? Update SOPs & conduct training on newly built functionalities
Key Skills/Knowledge: Must Have: ? Sound knowledge on ASPEN tech product suite for pharma manufacturing business and good technical and hands on experiences on system architecture of AMS suites. ? Hands-on experience in implementation of Aspen tech product suites for business. ? Project experience on System Administration, MBR design, Basic Recipe, MES Weigh and Dispense, eBR, MES Equipment Management, MES Upgrades. ? Knowledge & understanding of Pharma Manufacturing business process. ? Work with Technical Core team of customer in aligning development with design standards. Good to have: ? Full lifecycle implementation experience of the level 3 manufacturing MES. ? Previous experience working with Aspentech Manufacturing Suite (AMS) directly. ? Knowledge & understanding of Pharma Manufacturing business process. ? Understanding of regulatory requirements for Computer system in pharma manufacturing (like GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11) ? Understanding of design standards like ISA95/88. ? French, Spanish and Italian language speaking shall be added advantage.
