IT Engineer - Birmingham - Up to £28,000 I am working with a client who is looking for a skilled IT Engineer to join their expanding business. The successful candidate will be willing to learn new technology and have a great worth ethic. They will also have a good knowledge of 2nd Line duties including, O365 Administration and set up as well as networking knowledge. Windows Server 2019 and knowledge of Azure is advantageous, the client is looking for the right candidate to be able to hit the ground running with minimal support as their workload has increased dramatically over the past few months. Key skills:Office 365Windows ServersNetworkingWindows 10IntuneSharePoint Responsibilities:Work as part of the team that acts as the main point of contact for staff for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring the provision of high-quality customer services within the agreed SLA.Provide proactive telephone, email, desk-side and remote support for all technical and non-technical problems and incidents reported to IT.
