The place of work is at the frontline of food safety, animal and public health control not only for the UK but also for the European Union.The Role:Your role within the Port Health team would be to manage all aspects of Business Analysis and Service Process Analysis for relevant projects within Port Health. You will also provide project support services at Port health, supporting the relevant Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, to cost and quality standards.The Candidate:Extensive knowledge of Business Analysis methodologiesKnowledge/experience in leading projects in a corporate and IT service environmentExperience in managing and motivating associated project resources to deliver to their full potentialSuccessful track record of working in a transformation environmentExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to generate engagement at all levels across the organisationPolitical judgement and sensitivityAbility to develop and sustain effective team working and partnershipsMust be mobile to attend business meetings at other sites / locations within the district on a regular basisFlexible and willing to work outside of normal working hoursThe Benefits:In return, they can offer great opportunities for training and development and they will give you all the support they can to build a great career with our organisation during your fixed term contract.
