£38,000 + Holidays + Pension + AutonomyDesign Manager position on offer at a market leading company, who design and manufacture bespoke products, offering increased leadership responsibilities and the chance to work on exciting projects.Do you have experience designing shop fits and working with sheet metal? Are you a senior design engineer looking to take the next step up in your career?This company design, manufacture and install bespoke solutions for the retail sector. They are looking to expand further into the retail market and as such are looking to add a Design Manager to their dedicated team.This role will be a hands-on design position, with the increased responsibility of managing a small team of designers. You will be designing bespoke products to a high quality finish, creating BOMs, planning workload, managing projects and have the responsibility of recruiting for your team.This role would suit a Senior Design Engineer, with experience in the retail sector or experience working with sheet metal, who is looking to take the next step in their career.The role:
