Mobile and Broadband Services Assistant

As an assistant working within Mobile and Broad Services you will provide support and advise to users on Mobile and Broadband services.

Responsibilities include:

-Process orders for Mobile Phones, Smartphones and iPads, including the setup, administration, handover and ongoing customer support

-Administer Broadband services for staff throughout the UK

-Liaise with customers and suppliers to manage the installation and or removal of Broadband services

-Maintain detailed and accurate records of stock using Excel as well as in Asset management application.

-Ensure that all documentation relating to issued equipment filed according to Records Management guidelines

-Respond to incidents and requests logged and provide routine advice to users on Mobile and Broadband Services

The role will be based in Central London ona 8 month intial contract.
