Business Analyst (m/f/d)Are you an experienced Business Analyst (m/f) looking for a new project? Our client, a large pharmaceuticals company offers an interesting and exciting opportunity on a contract base.You should be willing to work late hours due to strong collaboration with teams in the US. As a main tasks you will guiding and assist development team members and business owners in translating requirements into agile user stories. Your role as Business Analyst (m/f)Support the team in transition from a traditional waterfall delivery model to a product-centric, scaled agile framework. With a strong enough foundation in Agile methodologies: help guide a transitional team as well as provide subject matter expertise and best practices support to team members new to Scrum.In this position you will be part of a Release Train delivering a critical product for lab experiment execution to a global customer base within the Dia R&D Informatics solutions portfolio:Act as a subject matter expert and coach to the team in Agile methodology, tool usage, decision making process following the proper guidelinesEncourage collaboration between teams and Solution Architects/EngineeringWork with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignmentWork with the Release Train Engineer on program execution and operational excellenceFacilitate System Demos and Solution DemosDrive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and help them improve Required skills5 to 7 years as Business Analyst with strong technical experience Must be extremely strong in writing/managing user stories and understand best practices for agile project management tools (JIRA, CodeBeamer, etc.) Has successfully led large-scale software projects (with multiple tracks of work and teams in multiple locations) from concept to delivery Strong software development and technical background.Worked in a capacity of Technical business Analyst working thru not only stories but understand how the technical debt, technical specifications work. Exhibits intellectual curiosity and integrity.Exhibits servant leadership style towards the product manager, scrum master, development team and the wider organization.Strong skills in leading teams, problem-solving, influencing, teamwork, initiative and communication.Fluent English (written and spoken)Nice to haveExperience supporting research laboratory execution informaticsPharma / GxP experienceExperience with deployment of cloud and SaaS solutionsKnowledge of Diagnostics businessFurther informationlocation: Basel start date: asapduration: 12 monthsInterested?
