Your opportunity The Digital Services Leader is responsible for the successful implementation of the Digital Services strategy within the UK member firm with the objective to create a smarter workday by empowering employees with a super easy, intuitive technology experience based on data-backed improvements and co-creation with users. He/she will drive the optimisation of the employee experience by heading up a product team that conceptualise, design and deliver innovative digital solutions. This role reports to the Head of Digital Services for Deloitte North and South Europe. Your role Manage a diverse product team that is responsible for ideating, delivering and running digital solutions. This within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution. Take ownership of the strategy, performance and improvement of Deloitte's internal employee experience. Determine the strategic prioritisation and planning (i.e. Epics and Features) in alignment with senior stakeholders within Deloitte UK and Deloitte North and South Europe. Proactively seek and drive opportunities to improve the employee experience, drive innovation and experimentation with new technologies, and translate outcomes into solution concepts. Lead business case development for new digital solution concepts (Feasibility, Desirability and Viability), and closely collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure value is delivered Establish, develop and maintain the right people in a team that is expected to excel in creating innovative digital concepts and deliver high performing solutions that make a significant impact on the firm's employee experience. This also includes establishing a high performing culture within the team and creating an environment in which they can flourish. Manage senior-level stakeholders and demonstrate vision and create followership for the employee journey and the strategic direction. Your professional experience Solid track record in delivering technology improvement from ideation, through the development process and scaling up successful solutions. This also means you know how to run a portfolio of products, each in different stages of the product lifecycle.
