This role will involve providing Third Line Support within an ITIL framework and maintaining hardware, software, networks and desktops across the organisation. This will be a hands on BAU role day to day so user experience/communication skills are essential, alongside this they have a number of large IT projects undergoing/upcoming. The organisation has a complex and demanding IT environment and will give an ambitious individual a great chance to develop their skills and capabilities to a high level across a range of up to date technologies. They have large in-house IT department so there will long term development opportunities also. They also offer a very competitive benefits package. Key Skills/Experience - Strong 3rd Line Experience - ITIL environments - O365 - in depth experience up to administration level. - Active Directory/Group Policies -high end. - Citrix, supporting/administration of virtualised environments - VDI/Xendesktop - Windows Server 2012 on-wards - VOIP Telephony Systems - SCCM/Powershell- Networking protocols and technologies - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and vLANsIf this sounds like something of interest or you would like find out more please apply below.
