One of our key clients in Galway are currently seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join their team, on an inital 5 month hourly rate contract. The company are a globally recognised medical device company, specialising in the manufacture of orthopaedic products. Role: Senior Quality EngineerLocation: Galway Contract: An initial 5 month hourly rate contract Your role as a Quality Engineer will be to integrate the labelling centre of excellent into the companies Galway site.

Responsibilities:

Provide direction on QMS documentation (eg. procedures).Develop an implementation / audit readiness tracker in preparation for upcoming audits.Provide direction on all activities and hands-on support as required.Provide direction for documentation Control, CMS (Change Management System) and CAPA processes.Setting up and implementing maintenance processes such as equipment calibration.Procedure, work instruction and general documentation processing to include identification, review and approval. Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Science Disciplines. 5+ years experience as a Quality Engineer within the medical device industry. Excellent Communication skills. Proven ability to work cross functionally.
