Our international client is currently looking for a CMP Process Engineer to work on the Chemical Mechanical Polishing equipment / processes within the fab. The role will involve the upkeep and maintenance of the process and equipment as well as trouble shooting any problems on the line, and upgrading of equipment. Required experience for the CMP Process Engineer will be as follows:CMP (chemical mechanical polishing) semiconductor process experienceStrong semiconductor equipment experience within a high volume manufacturing environmentKnowledge of CVD and metal deposition processesHND/ Degree in Electronics, Physics or related disciplinePlease contact Rachel Anderson for further details.
