Lead Cloud Engineer - Azure / AWS / Security

Up to £75000 per annum

Client is within the Financial Services sector is going through a large transformation programme towards automation, continuous integration and the cloud. This has involved a large expansion of the tech department and the build of a new DevOps platform within Azure.

We are looking for an experienced cloud engineer to take ownership across their Cloud Security function. This will be a hybrid role blending cloud, DevOps and Security, there will be training involved; however, as a non-negotiable - a strong hands on cloud background is needed. This business is using Azure; however, are happy to hire AWS skill sets as the skills are transferable.

This role will be reporting to the head of security, taking ownership and responsibility across all things cloud security. As this function grows the role will move into a Head of Cloud operations position.

Paying up to £75k + a 20% bonus and excellent pension, it is a great opportunity to make a real difference to a reputable business and in an exciting field!. You will be based in their offices just outside Warrington - fully remote for now, with a likelihood of 50/50 home / Office working in the future.
