Our Client are looking for a DV cleared Intelligence and Data Analytics Lead.

The Supply Chain Intelligence and Analytics Capability is an integral part of the overall Supply Chain Security Delivery Service. It exists to provide timely, relevant and accurate information to reduce the exposure to supply chain risk and mitigate the impact and cost of supply chain incidents.

The role will play a part in the defining, developing and implementing of the Supply Chain Intelligence and Analytical capability. And will be responsible for:

- Driving the capability to meet the business need and to ensure value.

- Improving and maintaining the overall health of the capability; seeking to develop the right technology, information, access, service, governance, process, policy and people.

They will working closely with the project team, innovation hubs, external suppliers and a broad range of stakeholders to understand existing capability, define, test and implement a minimal viable capability; feeding in requirements to future operating capability e.g. ERP, whilst operating a BAU service.

Responsibilities will include:

- Day to day lead of the Service

- Responsible for horizon scanning, trend analysis to identify future/possible threats and risks in the supply chain

- Establish and maintain new and existing links with key stakeholders to ensure strong processes are in place and to identify new data sources and tools.

- Ensure the right policy, governance and procedures are in place.

- Share knowledge and expertise with key stakeholders

- Maintain and own (including regular refreshes of) SCS Analytical procedure and policy

- Overall management of the contractor resource

- Provide Risk Reporting capabilities on ad-hoc issues and problems

- Act as SME for the project team

Experience and Knowledge:

- Experience in intelligence reporting or analysis

- Strong leadership experience and stakeholder management skills

- Good understanding of threat and risk

- Experience of service delivery

- Experience of strategy implementation

- Experience of writing Security policy and guidance

- Good financial skills

- Keen interest in data, tools and system development

- Good drafting, analytical and assessment skills (including report writing)

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
