On offer is Lead / Senior Technician role with a Leading Wind Turbine manufacturing and Service company, you will report directly to the Local operation manager and be responsible for mentoring, developing and conducting performance development plans for technicians. You will receive on the job training, have salary reviews at every level and have a constant focus on your personal development with career development to Senior and Managerial roles in the future. This large multi-national have numerous turbine sites across the whole of the UK. This is a home based position ideally you will be located within 40 mins drive of Uddington, South Lanarkshire.
