Cyber Security ManagerCyber Security Manager - Cardiff - Permanent - £55,000 - £65,000 plus benefits An excellent permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to join the IT team within a well-known and established organisation that have continued. As Cyber Security Manager you will lead the development and management of the Cyber Security strategy including the education, awareness and training of Cyber Security risks and preventative actions. The role Be responsible for managing the development and on-going implementation of the Cyber Security strategy and objectives.Have ownership and day to day management responsibility for all Cyber Security systems, applications, policies and processes.Staff education, awareness and training of cyber security risks and preventative actions are regularly delivered via multiple channels and a robust cyber security communication plan.Perform security risk assessments, providing guidance on the implementation of all projects with information security implications across the company.Implement and maintain KPIs and metrics to allow the monitoring of compliance with security policies and procedures against industry standard/best practice.Network and partner with other organisations to improve business knowledge and approach.Carry out full security audits (internal and external with relevant suppliers) and ensure compliance and best practice is adhered to.Act as a key stakeholder in the identification of cyber security risk and the design and introduction of appropriate controls and mitigation. Implement and improve procedures and processes to optimise information security effectiveness.Management of cyber security incidents from second-line investigation through to resolution. Skills/ Experience RequiredExtensive experience within a creative design role, having previously generated effective creative campaign ideas with supportive graphics, whilst using outstanding creative designs, layouts and graphicsHighly experienced with an intimate understanding of design, art working, print and digital using appropriate software including all Adobe Creative design packages, Microsoft packages plus hand drawing skills.Excellent project management skillsA passion for creating stunning visuals which match the client brief and help to deliver ROI and brand engagementAs well as traditional print and digital commercial experience, motion graphics, animation would be great along with a skillset that would include after effects.Generating fresh concepts.Proven experience of delivering commercial messages on multiple campaigns throughout the year. Working with copy team for campaign, marketing online and offline and knowledge of event as well as video productionBuild agency relationships for a wide range of specialist and ad hoc projects. Experience of liaising with a third party agencies and freelancersOrganised, commercially-minded and a team player, you will bring a new set of ideas and skills to the team and won't be afraid to put your opinions and ideas forward.
