One of my key clients are currently seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join their New Product Introduction team, on an initial 12 month hourly rate contract. The company are ranked within the top 10 global medial device companies, and pride themselves on being an excellent place to work. Your role as a Quality Engineer, will be to provide QA support to the New Product Introduction team on site, and ensure new products are launched in a timely manner. Title: Quality Engineer

Location: Cork

Contract: An initial 12 month hourly rate contract

Responsibilities:

Drive risk reduction and eliminate risks and error proofing through continuous improvement.Ensure that all new product Quality Continuous Improvement ideas are completed in a timely mannerEnsure all process changes/process improvements are risk assessed.Review and approval of all process validation & test method validation documentation.Ensure all Non-conformance's and CAPA's are completed in a timely manner.Support the internal audit program.Ensure Regulatory compliance in area of responsibility to cGMP's of all medical device regulatory agencies.Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Science Disciplines5+ years experience as a Quality Engineer within the medical device industry Proven ability to work cross functionally.
