They achieve this through their cloud and infrastructure expertise, rich insight and managed service offerings.About the Role:Direct support of HANA and S/4HANA design, build, migration and managed support which requires expert consultancy skills specifically during the define and design stages of the customer journey.To help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of these services, this role will involve the definition and development of new products and services, technical consultancy collateral, technical delivery and support of all customers.Main Responsibilities:Key OutcomesCreate a customer solution Definition of customer requirements and design options for SAP HANA opportunitiesCompletion of High and Low-Level Design documentationIterations of designs and supporting configurations for both Public Cloud and On-Premise solutionsProfessional and accurate configurations and documentation based on customer requirementsMaintain appropriate certification to ensure Technical Product Certification with SAP HANA system suppliersMaintain appropriate certification to ensure Technical Certification with SAP, Microsoft, Redhat and SUSEDevelopment and release of Technical and Consulting collateral to projects and operating model evolutionSupport Consulting team evolution, some pre-sales activities including Blogs, Vlogs, White Papers, Thought Leadership, Partner events and sales engagementsHigh-quality documentation and diagrams of templates and high-level design examples of implemented solutions and examples of best practices for customersDocumentation of customer landscape for support handover to the support teamSuccessfully define, design and cost new business opportunities through pre-sales high-level costed designs solutionsComplete projects and change controls to customer timescales (where realistic) to support defined and committed deliverablesAttend customer and project meetings, calls, virtual meetings, conferences and engagements as required to support project lifecycles and successful closure of all projectsBehavioursCustomer facing can do attitude focused on promoting the unique capabilities and expertise of themBeing a Brand and Company Advocate for all of their services and peopleMaintain positive trust relationships with prospects, customers and employeesKeeping the wider team informed of progress in projectsMentoring and assisting colleagues with technical guidance and/or expertiseContinuously learn and look for innovative solutions in line with their business plansUnderstand dependent solutions and options to assist in better option considerations and designs for Microsoft AzureSUSE LinuxRedhat LinuxSAP HANASAP S/4HANASAP BW/4HANASupport the definition and design of partner solutions with key partners including: SAPSUSERedhatMicrosoftAn excellent, self-starting, self-driven completer, maintains a high level of professionalism and industry presencePro-actively takes ownership of projects issues and demands as well as manages time and priorities of commitments based on business valueThe successful Candidate will have/ be:Linux specialist for SUSE/RedHatGood knowledge of VMWare, KVM, Networking and Storage technologiesGood knowledge of SAP HANA and S/4HANA design best practices and requirements from SAPExperience installing SAP HANA, S/4 HANA and/or SAP BW/4HANA or other SAP softwareExperience with Microsoft AzureExperience with Infrastructure as CodeKnowledge of clustering and High Availability configurationsIndependent and innovative thinkerThought LeaderDiplomatic team playerResourceful and creative problem solverBenefits:Highly competitive salary and excellent benefits packageHugely supportive working environment with a dynamic culture and companyFlexible and diverse working environmentSounds interesting?
