Project Manager Senior vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:12+ years of proven work experience as Project Manager for critical business projectsFamiliar with and certified in Project Management and organisational change management paired with Scrum-Master and Product-Owner certificationsWorking knowledge within in the pharmaceutical, banking and aviation industriesExperience with practical and theoretical Agile methodologiesUnderstanding of leading virtual teams, computerised system validation as well as of tools like smart sheet, Trello, JIRA and gSuiteExcellent skillset in empowering and influencing people, negotiation and conflict managementLanguages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is advantageousYour tasks:Managing, guiding and coordinating the team and effort for an optimal result, meeting business standards and valuesLeading a team in delivering project outcomes, products and services in a multifaceted IT environmentSelecting the best project delivery methods and practices regarding Agile or Waterfall principlesFulfilling different roles within the project including Program Manager, Project Manager, Squad Lead, Agile Coach and Scrum MasterEnsuring leadership on a business and IT level while collaborating on the delivery of value at a sustainable rate for team and businessArranging the formation of the team while closely interacting with the product owner, partners and development teamInstructing the team to learn and adopt ways of working and responding to occurring challenges and problems
