General Manager/Engineering Manager (Industrial Insulation)Commutable from Slough, Windsor, Watford, Epsom, Beaconsfield, Uxbridge, Egham, Harrow, Hayes, Hounslow and surrounding areas£45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Pension + Medical Insurance Do you have proven experience within industrial insulation and are you looking to play a key role where you will head up the UK site of a business that operates on a global scale? This is an integral role within the business where you will have varied duties to ensure the successful delivery of state of the art engineering projects. The company have built an excellent reputation worldwide for the delivery of their projects across the globe completed to the highest standards and within short lead times.This role would suit someone with industrial insulation experience and proven management experience. The Role:

- Full responsibility in the ongoing success of state of the art projects delivered on time and to the highest standard

- Duties Include (but not limited to): Identifying and winning new projects, attend sales and bid meetings, estimation working from drawings, contracts management and regularly working with the customer to ensure satisfaction

- There may be travel needed when necessary to customer sites and there may be some international travelThe Person:

- Previous experience in a General Manager, Engineering Manager or Directors position

- Must have proven knowledge within Industrial Insulation which includes Hot. Cold and Acoustic insulation
