Working closely with a Product Owner, you'll adopt agile project management approaches to deliver new products/services that support these change initiatives. We're committed to adopting a user-centric approach to our delivery work, so it's important that you understand these principles and that you have previous experience of working in both waterfall and agile methodologies. You'll work with the Product Owner to lead a collaborative and dynamic planning process, working in partnership to define a clear roadmap for your product. Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you'll ensure robust quality assurance systems (alpha / beta / production) underpin the project. Highly developed project management skills will help you to manage risk effectively and to anticipate and remove barriers to delivery. We expect that you'll bring a proven track record in leading digital projects and teams and that your blend of technical and management expertise will enable you to confidently advise and influence at all levels.
