Technical Product Owner Would you like to build product capabilities toward becoming an essential PKI infrastructure to all size Enterprises, Partners, and Retail subscribers. We are seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to manage the rollout to our Business Operations departments of our next generation certificate-based offerings. The individual in the role will be responsible for translating product and business needs into requirements, shaping the internal customer product roadmap, prioritizing the engineering tasks and working with development team to drive user stories through an optimized development cycle.Technical Product Owner ResponsibilitiesWorking for the Director of Program Management and alongside our other Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Business analysists, TPOs and the Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

Taking the lead of scrum teams as the BSS Technical Product Owner

Working with stakeholders to provide vision/direction to the Agile Engineering team

Ensure that the Agile team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks

Plan and prioritize BSS product feature backlog and development for the product

Work closely with business Analysis and from time to time take on BA duties

Define BSS internal customer product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities

Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with organisational strategy

Provide backlog management, elaboration, and iteration & increment planning

Work closely with Product Management and Business Operations to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and ROI

Lead BSS product release plans and set expectations for delivery

Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting completion of Increment/Release/Sprint Goals

Research and analyse future requirements and the roadmap for the BSS product

Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Working closely with the Compliance team alongside industry policies and regulations to ensure solutions meet security and external compliance requirements

Document and communicate plans and resultsTechnical Product Owner Requirements

5+ years' experience as a TPO, PM, IT Business Analyst or related field

Demonstrable experience of e-Commerce and CRM (Salesforce) platforms

Knowledgeable about technology, web services, and internet security concepts

In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe process and principles

Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Creative thinker with a vision

Attention to detail

Strong user focus - versed and competent in modern UX and CRM approaches

Experience in writing persona driven user stories

Advanced technical skills
