Senior Software Engineer (Embedded) in Oulu OR TampereOne of our Finnish clients is looking for a Senior SW Engineer to join their growing team of 30 Consultants.It's a great opportunity to join a consultancy who are looking for someone to join their expanding team. As a company they have worked with a wide variety of exciting clients in various industries across Finland (Mainly Oulu, Jyvaskyla and Tampere.) Within this role you will be:Working on middle-ware and applications software development on different mobile platforms (Mainly Android)Implementing scientific algorithms on embedded targetsSW architecture design and architecture supportSW testing and debuggingThe internal team provides scope and support for a driven and ambitious engineer to take on a wide variety of technical challenges, within a friendly and relaxed environment. They mainly focus on bringing new and innovative ways to use cloud and mobile services to facilitate and improve everyday business operations. What you need for the job in general:- A strong technical background- Software development experience in C/C++ and recent development experience in embedded Linux environments (Android applications is a bonus)- Understanding of Linux system architecture and components (kernel / user space)- Tools such as GIT, Jenking, Gerrit, GDB or HW debugging (JTAG) are familiar to you If you'd like to hear more feel free to drop me a message ????
