Location- Felixstowe
Salary- £25,000 - £33,000
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Day to day operational availability, performance and security of IT systems - including Servers, Network, Telephony and 3rd party software
· Liaison with 3rd Line IT support
· Analysis and development of key data across the business
· Development and deployment of bespoke solutions to extract and display critical business data
SKILLS (Required)
· Understanding of databases and IT protocols, (DBA Experience would be useful)
· Experience of Working with Microsoft Sharepoint environment
· Knowledge of a wide variety of IT infrastructure solution (security, networks, servers, cloud based solutions)
· Experience in variety of software SQL, Javascript, VBA and others
· Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related products and applications
· Have a working understanding of health and safety best practice and legislation.
· Strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate efficiently with people both internally and externally.
· Calm and logical approach to solve problems under pressure.
