Registered Manager - Remote working

We are looking for a temporary part-time Registered Manager ideally based in Kent for a small company for Supported Living services and private clients.
Responsibilities:
Help with sourcing new clients to grow the business.
Ensure that high standards of care are delivered to meet the needs of our service users and to monitor and maintain these standards in line with contractual and legislative requirements.
Work to ensure CQC requirements are being met.
Registered Manager Experience, Training, and Qualifications:
5 years experience in a Registered Managers position
Strong leadership skills
QCF Level 5
Experience of working in an Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, elderly or with young adults
The desire and ability to ensure that each person we support receives the care and support that is appropriate to their assessed individual needs.
An understanding of CQC assessment criteria.
Hold a current driving licence and have your own vehicle.
Be self-motivated, organised, flexible, and caring.
Excellent administration and IT skills.
