£20,000-£25,000 + Progression + Development + Training + Pension + HolidayExcellent opportunity for a junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a market leader organisation offering a varied and interesting day to day role, training and development opportunities, and long term stability and security.This company are going from strength to strength. They operate at the forefront of technology when it comes to physical security and outside-the-box safety solutions within one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK. Due to recent demand for their products, this business is stepping up their recruitment plans and expanding their Design Team.In this role you work closely with R+D and the on-site workshop to design solutions to problems faced by millions of workers around the world. You will create 2D CAD drawings for use by the workshop to manufacture parts. You will also create 3D models and simulations using SolidWorks (amongst other tech). You will be office based Monday to Friday.The ideal candidate will have some industry experience and must be confident using SolidWorks. You will occasionally be in the workshop as well so some familiarity with hand tools would be a bonus. *Working within an experienced Design Team

*Creating 2D and 3D technical drawings and simulations

*Has some industry experience
