One of the biggest health care company is in the need of a Business Analyst with experience in Syrius. For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project. Start: ASAPDuration: more than one year Mission:- Specify the business needs in the area of ??Finance at the level of Syrius and any related peripheral systems- Define and document the method for validating business needs (test case)- Propose and document configuration solutions- Configure Syrius according to specifications defined- Support internal specialists (Business analyst, configurator) in getting started with Syrius- Analyze probable GAPs, document workarounds, and specify Change Requests for Syrius- Analyze probable BPA, document workarounds and specify change requests to Syrius- Support in the development of mapping for data migration- Support to verify data migration and analyze errors Specific Skills:- Good knowledge of the health insurance business and Finance-Experience of Syrius implementation projects, preferably with knowledge in interfacing between peripheral systems and Syrius-Good knowledge of Syrius configuration possibilities in the field of Finance, preferably with Syrius Academy certification-Knowledge of Adcubum processes (Release, Ticketing, Development Sprints, etc.)-Good experience with Requirements-Engineering methods and ability to adapt to the methods proposed by the client- Fluent in French General Skills:-Clear, precise written and oral communication adapted to the audience-Voluntarism, autonomy and curiosity-Knowledge of German or English is a plusSthree Switzerland is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
