Data Analyst - Housing - London - £300-£350 (Outside IR35) 3 Months Contract

Role PurposeProgress data issues and validation processes through the use of Housing Systems, Data Repositories and Office applications. Liaise with other colleagues to unlock and unblock data problems preventing full alignment and stock data reconciliation

Lead discussions and make decisions on the recommendations with internal management to solve data issues.

Liaise with in-house and external staff to maintain the technical integrity, segregated systems access and security of OHG systems.

Operate on-going processes, including monitoring data input quality, running regular progress reports, analytics to indicate changing level of data quality and progress to full systems alignment.

Analyse team needs, interpret requirements and create solutions to resolve data issues and processes

Previous experience in maintaining and support Housing Data in relevant Systems - ideally UH or Similar (Candidate to demonstrate understanding of Property Structures and HMS operations), Landlord/Property Compliance Systems, Processes and Administration.

Experience of working with housing systems

A broad understanding across technology - Data, Reconciliation, Validation and reporting etc

Stakeholder management skills - engaging with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Advanced Excel skills - able to write and maintain macros, crosstabs etc.

Desired Skills - any of the below will be highly beneficial but a mandatory requirement for the role:

SQL skills - this can be PL/SQL, SQL Server etc
