Role Purpose:

To work in an Agile business environment with business representatives to bring detail to the component parts of our strategic roadmap. That means setting priorities and building the high levels plans that define business needs and manages priorities.

No two days are the same at esure. As a Product Manager you'll support us through product development, change and the introduction of new business opportunities. Working as part of a great team across our business, you'll help shape ideas and turn them into actions that align with the customer and our business objectives, assessing impacts and advising on benefits and outcomes and challenging perceptions where necessary. You'll ensure that changes in service and production run environments are fully evaluated to assess architecture fit, scale and run costs, and their impact on other changes in your area. It's an exciting opportunity to be involved with all areas of our business, contributing to sprints, scrums and portfolio meetings and to be part of professional QA activities through sharing roadmaps and product iterations.

You'll have significant experience in digital transformation programmes, not only in product management but in building cross functional relationships with the strength to build confidence in business stakeholders and your team members. Bringing a detailed knowledge of Lean and Agile processes, tools and methodologies, in a large project environment running on an Agile, Scrum or development operations model. This will include working with tools like JIRA, Confluence or Target Process across the end to end project delivery cycle.
