Administrator - Purchasing / Supply Chain

Are you an experienced purchasing administrator looking for your next immediately available contract role?

On offer is a fantastic long term contract role with an exceptional company who aspire to be the Number 1 in their industry by priding themselves on the quality of their product, customer service and reliability to their loyal client base.

This is a varied and interesting role in a fast paced environment, the ideal candidate will be from a Bathroom supply background and be used to dealing with clients, customers, engineers and managers alike with regards to quotes, stock , requirements, availability, order & re-order lists whilst offering the highest levels of customer service.This is a 6 week contracts with an immediate start and has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:

Purchasing administration and Data inputting in a fast-paced environmentLiaising with customers, suppliers, and staff from different departments with regards to quotes/ stock / requirements/availability /order & re-order listsWorking with existing accounts and purchasing team, to pull all supplier information, data, and terms together, in view of uploading this information onto sage 200Immediate contract role (Monday Friday)The Person: Experienced administrator with supply chain and purchasing backgroundA very competent excel and sage 50 user with experience in working within the bathroom supply industryConfident, assertive & able to juggle multiple jobs while offering highest level of service
