Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen in an online Media and Publishing organisation based in the City of London, for a highly experienced Salesforce Business Analyst. You will work collaboratively with a Project Manager to oversee the Salesforce day-to-day as well as play a vital role in the 2020/2021 project pipeline (and thereafter). This role will be perfectly suited to a BA who has an in depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform but doesn't quite enjoy the hands on portion.

Role & ResponsibilitiesFacilitate workshops, interviews and other requirement gathering meetingsCreate business scenarios, requirements and user storiesSupport agile delivery ceremonies
