Within CISO pillar we work closely with member firm stakeholders to understand their business model and roadmap for technology. In turn CISO pillar outline the roadmap for NIS and drive engagement and adoption of central security services in line with the PwC Cyber Readiness program.

Management of relationships between NIS and the business is key to delivering the cyber readiness mission. Whether it be integrating solutions, driving operational processes or providing guidance back to NIS to further enhance our strategy, CISO pillar provide the engagement and personal touch to enable NIS to deliver maximum value to the customer, the PwC Network of firms.About the roleResponsible for capturing requirements and converting them into design artifactsEvaluate potential impacts to the users as functionality is configured. Document summaries and detailed findings and recommendations with screenshotsReview business process flows and test scripts to assess for gaps or improvementsResponsible for reviewing, prioritizing, and delivering upon requirements from the business and ITIdentify topics and user impacts to be addressed in training, communication themes, and knowledge support materials.Work with development and integration staff to understand boundaries of system capabilities, translate user and client needs into process, and define initial technical approaches.Ability to get your hands into code delivery as necessary (this will grow with experience)Triage issues and work with cross matrixed teams to drive issues to resolution and completionCreate and/or update various knowledge support materials and end-user communications to support the overall change management process for stakeholders and business end-users.Periodically conduct user research and compile results into user stories or personas as well as related test scripts.Who we are looking forEssentialExcellent written and verbal communications skillsExperience working in a team environment and being a strong team player, working in a distributed team environmentStrong analyst skills; gathering/documenting requirements and workflowsUnderstanding of structured programmingDesirableDevelopment experience with Java, C++, JavaScript frameworks, Ansible, Bash, PowershellRelease management experienceBasic understanding of cloud systems, networks, platforms, browsers, operating systemsExperience and understanding of data objects and databasesExperience in troubleshooting system, user & environmental issuesExperience with Identity and Access Management platforms (Sailpoint, ForgeRock,etc)Experience in Active Directory / SunOne Directory / Oracle Directory Server Enterprise EditionExperience in CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) or DevOps (Github, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Containers, etc)
